How to start.... the last two weeks were more hard for us. The first problem which needed solution was that for send 21 euros by month, people need to spend between 20 and 30 euros more each month. We almost find a solution, you just need to wait some days more now.

Some days ago, the Matron called a translator for say us that she was angry about something.

She knew that VSO's volunteers who are working in bukoba and tried to do something for them recept money for build beds, buy matress and school uniforms. She asked us with translator's helping why the VSO's volunteers didn't wanted to give her

 the money that the main VSO's desk send to them. She didn't understand why some money were in an acount for beds when they don't have  enough food for survive. So we started at first to give our money we collect before to go here for buy rice, sugar, mais meal and beans. After we decided to organize a big meeting with all the people who are able to help this orphenage, and the matron sure who is in the first line. We decided to do that because we realized the matron was mixing everythings. She was lost about who is working at this orphenage only by themselves and who is volunteer somewhere else and help after to do something there. Saturday september 2nd will be the meeting. Our main work is now that she can understand what's going on in her orphenage with her children. She is actually 75 years old, and even if she has a lot of power for begging in the street for have food, we want to be sure that she can be able to take care of this money when we will we back.

It was impossible to imagine more time this lady alone with 57 children, with all she need to do for them alone. It's why with the help of an another volunteer from VSO,Mollel, we found out that an english Woman also from VSO, is really interesting to work for this orphenage. It can be really great to have someone everyday there, and take a look for something right or wrong. We also know now that GWEN, the american woman  will be at the end of december especially for work at the orphenage.
